No one can give you a "Real" answer because there is just too many unknowns about your current set up. ~9 to 1, Headers, RPM Intake, pretty big cam...... The Eddies out of the box flow better then the stock J heads and also have more potential then the J heads with a good porter. The Eddies will gain you about 50 Lbs off the front wheels also. $$$$ that is the real question... Are they worth it? Only you can answer that question.

Good points...Are your pistons above or below the deck? How much? There are two different chambers available for the SB.
When I switched, I made much more HP and the weight savings is really nice. Definitly worth it to me.

With stock unported heads, that 650 will do you fine. If you were to upgrade to the eddy's I would step up to a 750.
