Yes, the easy answer to the kwik kwiz is that the kwacks are missing. Extra kwedit would be given for catching the fact that the screws at the lower corners of the stainless are also missing (brought along some spares for them to install in place of the drilled ones). I made an appointment to have a new windshield installed in my "1969 Dodge Dart", and lost sleep worrying about the reception I would get when I drove the VG into their shop. Okay, losing sleep sounds a bit harsh. I had mild concern. I had envisioned one of these scenarios: 1. "THAT"S NOT A DART! GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT THING!" 2. "Wow, that's odd. You know that isn't really a 1969 Dart. We can't guarantee that this windshield will fit (and you've bought it regardless), and if it fits, we can't warrant it." 3. "Wow that's odd. It looks like this windshield will fit, but tell us more about this most unusual car." What really happened: 4. "Okay, we'll put your other stainless on. We should be done in about 90 minutes." Having not been born in 1969, both guys probably thought ALL 1969 Darts said "Valiant" on the trunk and sported RH drive. 
Down to just a blue car now.
