That Combo is very similar in headflow, compression, cam timing and displacement to the 427" smallblock Windsor in my Cobra Replica, IIRC it made 511HP at ~5300 and ~515lb/ft at 4400 on the dyno.
I suspect you should be in that range, it will have great wall to wall torque and feel very much like a warmed over 440 Big block but with better top end punch. I like it and the 800 AVS is a great carb...you may want to quicken the main transition with a stiffer step-up spring if it's anything like mine.
You have a little less cam and compresion so I'm gonna guess about 477hp 485 lb/ft.

and that was my first guess so I'll say 460hp 480 tq. low compression and small cam.
