One problem now. The rear sway bar doesn't line up any longer. The end links are at too much of an extreme angle. And even if I was to keep the Ebody bar I imagine it would now be in the way of a wide tire.

Can I section the bar, remove 2 inches out of the middle and weld it back together with a steel tube in the middle?
Let us know what you come up with the sway bar and please post pics of the rear end and rims/tires under your car. I'm going to be doing the B body rear swap into the wife's Challenger soon. I already have Dr. Diff's kit and plan to try to stuff a 15x10 wheel under the car with 5.75" backspacing using a 1/4" wheel spacer. Tires are going to be 325/50-15 BFG Drag radials.

Well its time to make the call and order some rear wheels with drag radials so I can make a couple events before the end of the season. Quote:
5.5" BS on 10" wheel with a 68-70 b-body rear 5" BS on a 10" wheel with earlier b-body rear.
I have 5.25" BS on 9.5" wheel with 275/50/17 tires. I have a dana out a 69 b-body.
I took a accurate measurement of the rear, drum face to drum face. Looks like I have a 65-67 rear as the measurement was exactly 59.5"
I have 15x8 rallyes with 4.5" backspace now and have 3/4" clearance between the leaf and sidewall. So it looks like whatever I choose can have no more than 5" of BS like was said.
Decisions, decisions.

All you do is put the bar so one arm & the main length of the bar sit in the throat of the press, I used a piece of 1/2" flat stock as an adapter between the ram & the "V" created by the bar & simply press... The arm will bend, thats how they bent it it the first place... It's spring steel so it tries to spring back but the press will excede the springs ability & it will bend... I took a measurement before I started then when one arm is in 3/4" flip the bar & do it again...

The height is 1/10" shorter. And the width should be 2" wider. Essentially the same tire dynamic as a 275/60R15 is for an 8", so I imagine yes. I priced the 325/50 today looking for a BFG radial TA and they apparently don't make them in that size??? They do make a BFG g-force drag radial in that size.
I may get the offset hangers and an extra couple of wheels for some drag radials... But I like the way my TAs look so I'll probably stay with the 8" for my typical use...

Probably not going to be everybodies cup of tea, but heres what I ended up with. Member Cudazappa had these nearby and they are perfect for my non-stock setup.
I'm real happy with the end result.
Rears are 18x10 with 5" BS with 285/40's. Fronts are 17x8's with 4.5" BS and 235/50's. Fronts rub a bit, hopefully a couple cranks of the T-bars fix it.
Great looking Challenger! Got any more pics of it?

Front sway bar and will have the rear soon. Subframe connectors, 11.75" front disks, manual alum master. Its a fun car to drive. I'm chasing an oil leak down but its good to get back into a driver.
Wow!! Very Nice!!! Looks like a fun piece, if it were mine I'd try to get the back end down some.. But it's not so enjoy it as you like...
