I need some advice on which throttle bracket I need to run an AVS on top of an LD4B. Stock 4 brl, tall, adjustable? Needs to work with a cable kickdown setup as well. Manifold is a little taller than stock but I don't think it would qualify as a high rise either. Anyone else running this particular manifold/carb combo with the cable kickdown?

Return spring bracket is kind of a mystery too. There's no "hole" in the manifold to cradle the small hook end of the stock return bracket.

I run the LD4B on the 318 in my truck with stock q-jet linkage and stock throttle control valve linkage with a 600 eddie carb with the throttle adapter on the carb

there are some nice adjustable ones, some one here on the board makes a nice one thats sold by mancini,IIRC

what cable set up you runnin???
bouchillon???
lokar???

I will have to go look to see what return spring set up I got,but I know it fits and was a stock piece off something I had

I took a spare throttle cable bracket, cut it in 1/2,used a fire wall coil mount bracket, weld them together and made a coil mount to go on the passide of engine holding the coil horazontal beside the carb mounted on an intake bolt

the runners are reversed on the LD4B compaired to the LD340 intake, which has the coil mounting bosses in the stock location, which the LD4B does not have

very good intake IMO,I like it and get performance and some mpgs with it

I have the heat cross over blocked, with the 1/2" 4 hole, stacked, alum plate and gaskets heat dissapater...carb stays very cool with it

Most any Mopar parts supplier has what you need. Mancini, Hughes, Mazzolini, etc.
