Looks like the balancer was chasing his tail on that project. Now they remove weight from the opposite side. Either the weight came off(I had it happen to me) or they took the weight off and they took weight off the opposite side. Then they tried to make it neutral... This was on a motor that you KNOW had no balance issues? If so .. you are going to have to have a new FP balanced TO THE SAME SPEC as this one.....but properly done.

I would have a machine shop check the balance JUST OF that FP ....and if all that hacking they did put-it at ZERO ... just get a STD FP. If there IS an IMbalance ... you are going to have to have that balance-shop duplicate that on a new UNhacked FP.
