New 318 (Newly/Fresh Rebuilt) New Automatic (Newly/Fresh Rebuilt) Power Steering New Windshield New Top And Back Window New Gas Tank New Battery New Starter New Brakes New Dual Exhaust Has 15" steel wheels all the way around. Not sure how new the tires are but they look good !!!!
Everything I marked as new are now 1-1/2 years old now because that is how long I've had the car. Only reason for selling it is that I do not need this car. I bought about 6 of these Belvederes over a period of around a year to pick the right car for a project I'm working on so, now that I have the body I wanted, this car and about 3 more of them will be for sale soon. Of the group of cars I bought, this is the only convertible I have. For a 60 year old car, it has pretty "clean" metal. The only rust I really know of that it has or had is a small section of the floor pan behind the drivers seat that needs a patch panel. The shifter linkage needs to be adjusted correctly as it is barely out. It hits park and other gears but just needs to be adjusted correctly. Whoever installed the trans after the rebuild must have missed a little when installing it back in the car but drives out fine other than that.
California car and still has the California title, mostly original paint, interior needs to be finished. Car runs and drives. The trim and side moldings and extra parts are in the trunk. Missing the front bumper and back seat (for some reason ??). Fix a couple of things like the shift linkage and new light bulbs and all and a person can drive it this Spring/Summer/Fall while working on it. No engine or trans leaks that I am aware of.
The car runs very well. Not sure how many miles are on it since the rebuild but it still smells fairly fresh and sounds good. Starts up pretty quick regardless of how long it sits.
I know two solid Mopar individuals who do transport work if you need help with that area. I also know of a couple of commercial transport companies that do very nice work if that helps you ??
If you decide to buy the car and send a transport to pick it up, I'm more than happy to assist your transport person. I can meet your driver anytime, day or night.
Car is located in Louisville, KY (40245). $10,000.00 - No Trade Offers Please ...

1971 Dodge Charger SE
Low production, luxury-trim Special Edition (SE) car optioned with a 440 Magnum engine from the factory. One of only 587 U-code SE automatic cars built for 1971. No fender tag but car appears to have been built with GW3 code bright white paint. Car has front disc brakes, Rallye gauges with 150mph speedometer, power windows, air conditioning, "Tuff" sport steering wheel, and bucket seats with center buddy seat, and 8.75 rear end. Missing original engine and transmission, original flat hood, air conditioning parts, and fender tag. Has a 1972-style hideaway grille and bucket seats from a later SE Charger.
This car has been in California for many years so the typical B-body rust areas are solid, e.g. frame rails on unibody, cowl area, hood hinge mounts on inner fenders, Dutchman panel, trunk lip, etc. Driver’s side fender was replaced due to something falling on it but car still requires very minor pan and lower quarter patches.
Comes with new, uninstalled repro 1971 SE interior parts still in original boxes. Includes front and rear seat covers, door panels, headliner, carpet, and much more. PM me on this site or email post2post(at)duck.com for detailed information. Car is stored near Sacramento, CA, and has a clean title in my name. I will get updated photos of this Charger posted later this month. Priced at $8500 without the RT hood in the picture. Non correct year HP engine available separately.
Thanks Moparts!
