Its starting to sound like it could just be more circus BS from them. They have apparently not purchased anything yet. Just sent letters of intent. SO stay tuned, Cart before horse.

Hard to understand why IHRA( with its recent history of questionable health and Wishy washy business practices) would do something like this that erodes any trust people might have in new ownership. Seems to me you couldn’t be more stupid regards opening a new business than what they seem to be doing currently.
