Someplace you aren't
Worst one I had was last year on a kids pedal cart. I couldn’t believe it was dropped off in the condition it was. Had been “lost.” Obviously they tried to tape it up while it was “lost.” Pieces falling out on the ground. Company sent a new one and opened a claim with ups. I was outside when the driver brought the second one. I showed him the pile in the garage from the first one, he said it must be the packaging. I pointed out there were two others that came fine and also the one in his hands was ok. Got some blinking on that one.

I want my fair share

Most of my UPS stuff looks like they rolled my packages down the street. Can only hope it is packed well.

Got an item the other day shipped to me via UPS, and the box was smashed down pretty good on one side. First one I have had from them in awhile, and I see they are still as hard on stuff as ever. In school a classmate of mine got a part time job at UPS during the holiday season, and she said you would not believe how rough they are on stuff. Like long distance throwing, and kicking packages across the floor that were stacked up over to the trucks where they were loaded onto.

A local FedEx freight depot by me, the hilo drivers that transfer shipments from one truck to another to continue on their journey, are SO WRECKLESS. It literally looks like bumper cars at the county fair. They intentionally spin the tires and slide and drive wrecklessly "pretending" to get their jobs done in a hurry but its pretending. They are having more fun raming boxes into each other. I saw vertical file cabinets from someones shipment that looked trashed. They were still loading them to continue on. There are signs to "not drag the pallets because the nails will get hot and start the pallets on fire". Part of this "CARELESSNESS" has to be our society changing. No one (or very few) gives a damn. Just doing their part of the job and kicking the can down the road. Saw it at every place I ever worked. My last UPS driver would walk over the pile of packages in the back of his truck. Who does that?!?!?! And he made 50/hr!!!!!!!
