Most likely in SE Wisconsin or Illinois.

This car spent a good part of its life in Racine, Wi. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated!

Last seen Hockessin DE (north Delaware) about 25 years ago, mechanic at the time claimed "cracked block" and not knowing then about freeze plugs, well, you can guess the rest. vin 189044, finder's fee if it still exists, even with the assumed cracked block.
