I'm running a ngk 5672A-8 #7173 sparkplug and need the gap size. Indy 440-1 aluminum heads. N.A. I would set them at .035 which OOTB is what they should be close to.

It depends on which ignition and plug wires as far as how much gap I would use as well as how much compression ratio and fuel used Post yours please

I ran R5671A-8 NGK plugs gapped .030"-.035" on a 14:1 compression Indy headed 440 w/ C12 fuel.
CHIP '70 hemicuda, 575" Hemi, 727, Dana 60 '69 road runner, 440-6, 4 speed, Dana 60 '71 Demon 340, no drivetrain, on blocks behind the barn '73 Chrysler New Yorker, 440, 727, 8.75 '90 Chevy 454SS Silverado, 476" BBC, TH400, 14 bolt '06 GMC 2500HD LBZ Duramax
