What kind of a story headline is that??? shruggy What's next "Rattlesnake recovering after ACCIDENTALLY biting hiker". Like the snake didn't think it was an egg or some kind of prey or food. Oh the poor, poor snakey wink

That snake should have been put down, it is not rare or special snake, Stupid animal lovers could have bought a lot more food for other animals inn their facility instead of spending it on a snake that they don't know how old it is and how much longer it would live, save the young first twocents up work
I've caught and released a lot of non poisonous snakes, killed a few poisonous ones also hammer up

For sure, the life of the snake would not have even crossed my mind, but the thought that it could have swallowed an entire shift handle means it must have been a pretty big snake to begin with. I find it difficult to find any concern for any snake, the bigger they are (12" long qualifies), the better the chance I'm willing to put them out of their miserly.
