Does it have 18 splines or 23 splines?

The car , and current owner was found for this engine, but from my understanding the current owner did not want to purchase the block because it has condition issues.

Looking for 1969.5 A 12 bee the last eight of the vin is 9A255791. supposed to be R4 red sedan last know location was Philadelphia, Pa. The original trans was at the Nats for sale and sold, but I know who purchased it, so I can put you in contact. Pm me if you own the car or know who does.
UPDATE.
I just wanted to update this. The current owner of the A12 bee has been located with the help of Galen / Diane at GTS as they had the owners information. He called me this afternoon and I gave him the information of the owner of the trans. So fingers crossed things work out.

There is already a thread on the lost and found here from a previous owner of this car looking for the original block, but Id like to hopefully add some more information.
Trying to help locate the original hemi block for this 1971 hemi charger. The last 8 on the block is 1G112626. We know from a previous owner that the block was out the at least in the last 10 years but the car was not known at that time.
We are almost certain that the block may have sold at an Estate auction of George Marmisch that happened in May 2017 in Greenup, KY. If you purchased a hemi block from this auction please check and see what the vin is on it.
Pictures of the original block do exist and it is a 1-19-70 cast block. Please pm me if you have any information. Thank you

I just picked up this TA block today. I would really like to reunite this block with the matching car. I kind of suspect the car was parted out but really don't know for sure if it was. I'm going to give it a few months and if the car owner is not found I will be selling it. It looks to me like the partial VIN on the pan rail is 0B291394.

Could it have been BS23J0B291394? How do you know it was a T/A and not an AAR?

VIN sequence numbers were assigned in batches - it is within a batch of Challengers
