Wow, I still remember that day. Rip Gary Davis, you are missed.
I really miss the cookouts we had at the Norwalk Chrysler classic's.

Last night, on my way home from work (at 12:30 am today) I stopped and got 2 white castles, one for me, one for him
Then I got pulled over by a deputy for doing 76 in a 65
He let me off with a "friendly warning" as he put it.

I haven't been on here long enough to remember him, but from all the kind words everyone says about the man he must have been one of the good ones. I bet he is under a cuda in a garage in the sky. May he rest in peace.

i'm not sure if i knew gary or not. was he from detroit and had an early 70's 4 speed barracuda?
He was from MI...green (later painted copper) 72-74? Challenger...had it in a magazine not long before he was killed. It ran deep in the 10's...but a pure street car.
Gary sent me parts once before I even had paid for them....he was a great guy.

My... how time fly's. He was a great guy, always willing to help out with his knowledge and experience. I never got to meet him, but we talked through PM's etc. At the time I had a 70 Challenger and was very interested in his build. RIP Gary
