Agreed on the outhouse on the hood and the wall-magnet rearend, though at least it's braced.
I see a lot of other stuff I'd want to clean up, and is that motor plate an inch thick ?
I'd expect the thing to haul butt, though.
Doesn't seem like a horrible price range, but I wonder what "flat bed car hauler" specifically means.

9" Ford rear has a smaller pinion diameter than an 8-3/4, so what makes people think they are stronger? shruggy

9 inch has the third pinion bearing behind the gear. That makes it stronger, but that car isn't fast enough to make the 8.75 shake in its boots.
