topside Too Many Posts Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 20,763 A collage of whims	I haven't seen the dragster wreck yet, but it looked to me like Force just drove it a bit too long - maybe a half-second or so - before lifting. Easy to say from the sofa, granted, but it sure looked like what we call "I can save it" syndrome. If Force had been able to clear Todd on the left, that would have been something for the highlight reel, though still dangerous as hell with Pomona's turn-out being on the left. Had that been a Sprint Car wreck, punches would likely have been thrown.

340Cuda master Joined: Apr 2003 Posts: 3,510 Tulsa, Oklahoma	Taylor Vetter was racing but was not involved in this crash. She was racing in Top Alcohol Dragster and Top Dragster. She won this round (3) of Top Dragster and was defeated in round 4 The drivers in the crash were John Richardson and Geneva Nash. Ms. Nash is who lost control.
