So if you haven't seen it yet then its worth seeing a 71 cuda drifting in Paris. If anyone on this site knows what they did to the car to let it handle like that, other than a good driver, let me know, I see no obvious roll cages and the stance isn't lowered. Except for the marker lights being from a 72-74 they did a good job of cloning the original triple black 71' with 440 power bulge hood. Looks like 15" cragers too. like the phantasm cuda.

I hate to say it but from what little video I could find it looks CG generated.

The cars hitting each other were too "pinballish" rigid bodies and not elastic like a real car hitting a real car where metal folds and the cars move move up and down in the impact and not just side to side.

At the very least the scene was very poorly touched up with CG. Notice the headlights on the Cuda do not illuminate the same way the BMW's do. The whole glass bulb glows on the outside not from the inside.

They either used lumious objects instead of making a realistic bulb and reflected light in the CG Cuda or they overlaid CG glow effects onto the headlights of a real Cuda since they may have figured the old incandescent lights didn't work in the scene.

Thank you for letting us in on it.

I had no idea they used a Cuda. up

I would of thought it was all CG until I saw pictures of the car at the premiere, its real alright. damage and all. So someone in the Mopar or Hollywood business would know what went into the build.

Awesome to see that it's a real car.

Most everything today has some CG

Maybe whoever did post production wanted the look to be a specific way, like in sin city with the gritty almost comic book effect.

Some reviewers saying the individual fight sequences go on way too long,
and movie as a whole goes on too long.
Same reviewers write “they loved Wick #1 and Wick #2”

There's talk on Phantasm.com of how phans are writing in saying how the cuda in john wick looks suspiciously like the phantasm cuda!

Normies are starved for movies that don't suck ass. The JW series is pretty good overall and I had fun watching 4th installment, but some of those critiques have merit. Problem with a series that stretches on as long as this one as is each movie is constantly trying to one up the previous. The first JW tried to stay somewhat grounded and the fourth feels more like a video game. I still had fun though and it was money well spent. First time I've walked into a theater on my own in years.

maybe hollywood did cg the car in the scene, then just have a car on display to promote the movie. not te first time Hollywood lied to the public.
