Trying to rebuild a 727. Need to take two and get one good one out of the parts. Trying to put most of my big block guts in a small block case. Having issues with parts interchangeability .

I'm using a turbo action trans break valve body.

The left holes are different between the two cases.

Now I have some of my parts mixed up. Can I use the small block case parts and if so. What's the description of parts in the 1st accumulator on the left for the bottom case.

That's the kickdown servo with the piston at the bottom of the bore. The bore in the case will accept any assembly with the main difference being the pre-'71 setup with the piston that is pictured (preferred) or the '71-later controlled-load servo with the larger diameter plunger. Pre-'71 is the top pic, controlled-load is bottom pic.

Thanks. I think I didn't remove the inner plunger. Sorry my description of the parts is not on point. I do one of these every few years. It's for my roadrunner.

Almost done with this. But it has way to much end play. Going to add a brass washer in a plant.

Planetary endplay is totally separate from unit endplay, how are you measuring?
