So I find myself in the position of rebuilding again, or going a different route entirely.

I have a used Callies cast iron Hemi water block with cam in standard location. It currently has a 4.500 finished bore, but needs about a .005" re-hone due to #7 having a light score in it.

So used one is $5500 needs re-honing it to 4.505, or trade for a new wedge water block. Can be re-honed and pistons fitted for extra $$$

This would be the NEW block plus the old rotating assembly and heads, valve train, ported intake, oil pan, oiling system, valve covers, valley tray, timing cover, timing chain, choice of one of two cams. For carb, add $1250

472 MP crate hemi "freshened-up" by Moran Racing of Taylor Michigan. I purchased this engine for a '64 Belvedere project street car 4 years ago but sold my car projects prior to my move to Tennessee. I do not have any dyno sheets (but was told by the owner) the engine made 579 hp/604 ft lbs of torque on Moran's dyno. Also note, this is a 10:1, small Comp solid lifter cam with ported iron heads. This engine has big 3 EFI and is set-up to run E85 but can be switched over with a simple (Bosch) injector change and has little dyno run time, no street or other run time. Also note, the alternator, pulleys and air cleaner are not included with the engine as they were mounted for a show only. $23.5K firm plus shipping and is located in the Savannah, Tenn area. This Aluminum intake has original Carter 3861 4bbl. AFB carburetors on it, and fuel lines that i made up, way before reproductions became on the aftermarket.
