Yeah I saw that car on Drag week 2021. Impressive that it is running a stock crank, wouldn't have guessed that.

Anyone know more about the engine combo and trans....The Article did not mention which trans he runs. I would love to duplicate this build in my Duster, and switch to smaller slicks.

It is most likely a glide, maybe a 400.

He is co owner of Big 3 Racing, I am sure they would talk to you especially if they thought you were going spend money lol.

Rick one of the other Owners has a Duster that runs in the 7s with a small block. It has some of the super rare Brett Miller spec'd Edelbrock Victor heads on it.

The dark green Duster, that spit the drive shaft out? I have seen that one a few times.

This guys Hemi power plant seems relatively easy to duplicate....I think the 88mm is overkill, but he likes it, and considering he is under 400 cubes makes it one mean machine running that kind of ET.....

I would really like to find somthing like this that runs that good and collect parts for it. I think this year or next is my last year or two running BBM in everything...Somthing is going G3....

I am thinking either a 6.2 or 6.4 block, AFR G3 heads, a mild stroker kit to 411 cubes, and maybe billet caps....

I am doing the same thing if i sell my other car. I am actively looking for a 6.4 core engine to rebuild. I can build a stoute Gen III for what it would cost to move my R1 W2 engine to a W9 head. But if I do go Gen III it will get a turbo.
