It's like watching a foreign film... Where is all the dust and adjustments? The ATF catches it, and then the filter acts as dialysis for the transmission.

Even more complicated: Super Turbine 400 with dual stall speeds, controlled by solenoid. Used in some GM big cars mid-1960s.
