I have no precise date because all the photos I took back then, the photo developing lab did not print a date on the back of the photos. This photo is from a few years later. Those were really great shows. I wish I snapped a lot more photos. I do have more photographs but wish I had even more. Oh well, you know how it goes, 20//20 hindsight vision. I don't remember them but then again I was usually to busy racing to look at the show cars.. I don't see any pictures of my Dart either but it is still great to see pictures of some of the Mopars that attended the meet over the years. Some years I would get a hotel room and stay there Friday and Saturday nights racing all three days despite only living about an hour away. Lots of good times and memories ! I always enjoyed it , some years I raced my Dart , some years my D150 , I ran my Dart in 11.50 index there right up until they closed . I couldn't make it on Sunday (because I had to work) and watch these cars run and listen to stick shift master Ronnie Sox bang through the gears. I believe Bob Reed piloted the Motown Missile if it ran on Sunday. I know he did at other events. I don't recall why I didn't take a photo of the S & M Pro Stock Colt (at right)! I believe this is from the 1995 race. This car was featured in an issue of Mopar Collector's Guide a couple or so months earlier and I was pleasantly surprised to see it there and had the pleasure of checking out this very low mileage Road Runner up-close.
