Beer Garden:
A beer garden (German: Biergarten) is an outdoor area in which beer and food are served, typically at shared tables shaded by trees. Beer gardens originated in Bavaria, of which Munich is the capital city, in the 19th century, and remain common in Southern Germany. They are usually attached to a brewery,

Speaking of beer.......

What would you think of a microbrewery right next door to a sewage treatment plant? There's one just like that in the town I work in. The even crazier part to me is that they have a patio so you can drink and eat outside. shock sick

I don't drink, so I've never stopped in. Just seems odd to me. shruggy

German Beer Purity law:
Beer must be made from barley, hops, yeast, and water.
Nothing else, no exceptions.

Joke.
Why is American Beer like making love in a canoe?

I spent nine months in Germany near Frankfurt in 1967 and 1968, German beer is way better than what we call beer here in the U.S.
The town near us was Hanau. and it had around 5000 German people in it and I don't know how many G.I., and other military members there were but 2500 to maybe 6000 total including the civilians that work in the consulate and for other branches of the U.S.Govenment shruggy
Beer was cheaper to buy than coffee, milk or any other drinks you could buy in a bar, restaurant or snack stand boogie 50 cents, two marks, for a small (less than 8 ounces) cup of coffee, milk or a glass soda. A half liter, around 16 ounces, of beer in a resealable flippy bottles was around 15 cents back then, guess what we drank a lot of whistling up devil
They didn't chill or warm up their beer, it is served at room temps, usually under 60F shruggy
Every little town of 2000 or more people had their own brewery boogie
Good Cognac was cheap also up devil boogie

Fun fact.
Beer did save civilisation.
At one time, people in city were drinking water from river that were also used as sewage. lots of bacteria, lots of sick people.

That is why Trapist monk and people living around monastery, were less sick than the rest of the population. they drank beer.
During beer fermentation, it kill all bacteria.

"Well, ya see, Norm, it's like this.. A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members! ; In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine! That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers".

Yeast ā€œlifestyleā€ is to eat sugars and pee out alcohol.
It is beneficial to yeast that alcohol is a poison to many other forms of life.
At around 16% alcohol dissolved in water, the mixture will kill even yeast.

Some forms of life (including Humans) have methods to use alcohol as a food using chemistry that is similar to how they use the ā€œfruit sugarā€ fructose as food.
However, this chemistry first turns alcohol into the chemical acetaldehyde.
Acetaldehyde is an addictive drug to the human brain.
Once your brain gets addicted to Acetaldehyde it is very hard to stop drinking alcohol.

Drinking ā€œYeast Pissā€ can get your brain addicted.

Historically, Acetaldehyde addicts drop in number by about 10% every year.
Roughly 5% quit drinking.
Roughly 5% die

If you polled 1000 USA citizens at random,
less than 20% would give answers that show they know what is written in just a few sentences above.

I guess Bud Light isn't really beer after all, it's made with rice.

Regular buttwiper is made with rice too. So is Sapporo, but it's Japanese beer so it might make sense there.

It's not German beer. And never claimed to be.

It's American Lager, loosely based on a Bohemian (Czech) style.

Budweiser has a new celebrity endorsement. I can see that can being a terrible seller at a Nascar event.
