I have a new pair of Trick Flow 240's and held up the Taylor multi layer aluminum header gaskets I bought against the exhaust port side of the head. The gasket overhangs each port to some extent, and the end ones by a good 3/16". So I buy a pair of Trick Flow big block Mopar header gaskets, and its the same thing. Just to be clear, the Trick Flow header gaskets do not match the exhaust ports on the Trick Flow heads. So I check the gaskets that came with my TTI headers and they are a perfect fit. I realize I have other options, but I was really wanting to use a multi layer copper/steel/aluminum gasket as I have had such good luck with them in the past. Can anyone recommend a brand that will actually fit correctly? Is there something I'm missing here? I have attached a couple of pictures to show what I am talking about. Thank you for any and all help.

Oh yes I'm sorry I forgot to mention I tried them in all possible orientations, and they appear symmetrical as there was no difference in fitment.

I'd run it. Ain't no flow over there anyway.

Thank you for the replies I really appreciate the suggestions. I was just really surprised that one company would make two products to be used in conjunction with one another and this was the result. The Trick Flow ones are definitely going back to Summit as I just bought them. Thanks again!
