I wouldn't be surprised if your existing arm fits and may just need the master splines ground out.

Use this site, https://www.car-part.com/, to see if there are any manual steering boxes at a junkyard near you. When I swapped my D150 to manual steering there wasn't one local. I contacted a junkyard out of state and they shipped all necessary pieces to me. The cost of the junkyard box is much cheaper than the core charge on a reman unit too.
