i recently stumbled onto several of those 1 3/4 x 2 3/4" digital clocks used in several different models of vehicles in the mid 70's.
they have "Chronometer" in script on the face, plus a rocker type of switch to set the hour and minutes.
i know they worked when i pulled them way back in the mid 80's, but i don't know how to test them now.
i don't have any FSM's from the years these were used, so i can't look up the test procedure.
are these worth anything anyway ?
or just not worth messing with ?

I'm guessing they just take 12V but could be wrong
I would look for a part number to verify the application, Mfr etc. Might even have the Voltage, current etc .listed on it.

These are digi and I was actually looking to see if the crimped on metal frame would come off and another slide on for a different dash but ive no time to mess with them. Like most other parts its just hard to toss things that are not faulty.

i know what you mean about "tossing stuff" !
i know i will NEVER use any of it, but it's just SO hard to pitch it in the junk pile !
as a side note, i figured out how to test those things, and all three of them work.
