doing the spare for my demon and going to blast and send for powdercoating. is a gloss black powder too shiny for a spare or should i get a slightly duller black? like 80%-ish? or am i overthinking a spare tire?

from my feeble memory, the spare wheels were a shiny black, however, not what i would call a gloss black.
in fact, i don't think any black wheels [especially those that got wheel covers] were a gloss black, even those that got dog dish caps.

Ebay item number 125476043232 is a black steel spare wheel that shows the finish. This is assuming it has not been repainted....
