I think the 273's were out by 1969- would have been a 318, no? Plymouth dropped the 273 for 69. It was the last year for them in a Dodge.

Nice little Dart. The magnum wheels look good on it,like they should have come with them! I helped my friend part out a 69 Daet GT in a junkyard back in the day that had a 273 in it. My friend bought the whole car,we stripped off everything he wanted,and left the carcus behind.

And Magnums were never available in small bolt pattern, so it looks to have the axles and drums redrilled or changed... 
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
