as a reply to the basic questions you asked-

Yes to basic timing check.
yes to fuel pressure
replaced headers to eliminate leaks- no intake leaks
02 sensor is at an angle, like 18" downstream from merge of headers

Would not hurt to post it anyway. If hp and torque scaling is the same they will still cross over at 5252.

Were you monitoring air/fuel on the dyno?

Everything you're saying about large additions to base fueling and going 14-15-1 on the street makes me think it's dropping fuel pressure.

Does the sniper monitor that?

I don't recall if you mentioned what your tank/pump setup is but it makes sense that a setup sensitive to slosh would perform fine on a chassis dyno and uncover the pump pickup under acceleration.

No worries, all good smile And again I do agree but if we go off of what's been said, that it rolled 315/350 on a chassis dyno and then proceeded to trap 89mph....... it has to be down 150 crank horsepower or so?

I think a huge difference that -can't- only be attributed to a dual plane (in my opinion).

Still want to see the dyno sheet but it's soooo horribly far off my only ideas are-

-it has massive fuel pressure drop/starvation

-it burned a plug wire or 2, dropping cylinders which would result in false lean numbers on the wideband.

Most useful thing aside from the dyno sheet would be a data log. For whatever reason doesn't exist, should be easy to obtain.

Look at your data.

They will show up lean, the o2 sensor reads burned fuel not fuel.

OP what is the fuel pressure at WOT in 3rd gear?

The first thing you need to fix is the TPS at 80% at WOT.

No, it reads all of the unburned oxygen and shows lean
