You may find a date of manufacture near the valve stem like on back in that era that was mandated for production car wheels? But if there is any date of manufacture info it will be on the inside just inboard of the bead seat area, or even in the drop center of the wheel in the inside.

This may be the first set of gold center TT wheels I've seen that look factory. I remember guys used to paint them gold to look like the magnesium ET wheels that came out in 65 I think. They came out in 1963 so you kind of have some of the first generation TT wheels.

In truth, I painted the gold portion, because the original gray color changed to gray/gold on the front wheels due to contamination from the disc brake dust in few years, so I decided to bypass the system . As far as being TT wheels, we’re they made by American Racing? Mine are. I think the determining factor should be the location of the fill up nipples, that I have not seen in this area before.

Backside of spokes are cast to clear disc brake calipers, so I'm thinking 1966 or newer.
IIRC,the pointed spokes were early, maybe the 1st, spoke design, and same for the valve stem location?
Surely there's an expert on them somewhere on the internet.

We sold American wheels at the tire store I worked at in 73-74. The gold centers weren't very common by then if available at all. I've never seen a casting date on any vintage American wheel. There use to be a guy in Oregon or Washington that sold a lot of Vintage Americans. I talked to him once. He was pretty knowledgeable.
