This may be the first set of gold center TT wheels I've seen that look factory. I remember guys used to paint them gold to look like the magnesium ET wheels that came out in 65 I think. They came out in 1963 so you kind of have some of the first generation TT wheels. Gus

Gus In truth, I painted the gold portion, because the original gray color changed to gray/gold on the front wheels due to contamination from the disc brake dust in few years, so I decided to bypass the system . As far as being TT wheels, we’re they made by American Racing? Mine are. I think the determining factor should be the location of the fill up nipples, that I have not seen in this area before.

I dont know anything about those wheels - but they look really cool! Those are keepers.
