Did you end up making firewood out of it? Waste not want not.

They hauled it off as a part of the cost , no idea what they did with it .. Maple isn't the best firewood , I offered to people near me that heat with wood, no one wanted it for the effort to take it down

First log truck load went out today. Guy pulled in, loaded up and pulled out 20 minutes later. Older guy who knows what he is doing and he didn't let any grass grow under his feet. Fastest moving guy I've seen in a long time.

Had to take this one down with the help of my neighbor. There wasn't any real need to cut it down other than I was deathly afraid to mow near it for fear the tractor vibration would cause one of the dead limbs to take me out. My neighbor and I used our, too small for the job but that didn't stop us, Stihl and solo chainsaws to take it down and cut it up then hauled it off to a place on the farm for use later. Should have heard and felt the ((((thud)))) when it came down! shock
