The old STR15 is the only option I know of.
They generally fetch $2k when the pop up, and they are far from ideal as a performance piece. Can the STR be ported to max wedge?

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

[quote Can the STR be ported to max wedge? [/quote] Not the entire length of all the runners I would look at Indy Cylinder Heads and see if they make a low deck motor M.W. base with a removable top If so buy their cross ram top and have some fun BTW, one of the first multiple carb motors I built for someone else was a early 383 with iron heads that we had bigger valves put in them with stock intake and exhaust port sizes with a low deck STR manifold with the original crossram top with two Holley 600 or maybe 650 CFM D.P. carbs, Isky 505T solid roller cam with a stock early 1962 727 trans and converter, that combination was a dead dog under 3500 RPM and then it turned into a real monster The owner had agreed to using a good BM O69J converter and a lot of other good drag race parts at the start of the build and then renege when it came time to buy the other good parts I had that happen more than once since then also

What are my options for a 400 (500ci) crossram with Max Wedge ported Indy SR's?? I don't know of any low deck cross ram intakes. There are not very many low deck MW intakes period. The Indy 400-3 might be the only one available at the moment. It isn't a great intake but Wilson Manifolds can turn it into something that really works.

Mopar Stage VI heads and an A&A crossram. Yeah that combo would fit together but you'll spend a lot of money without making a lot of power.

The cross-ram (413 Chrysler F, G 413 RB; 383 B, MW) was specifically designed with runner length to add torque based on the engine's power rage (2,800 and 5,500?). Small plenums, small carburetors, and high velocity in the runners. Since the left and right manifolds are separate castings, an original manifold ($$$!) will bolt to any B/RB engine, shorten and re-attach the runners to your calculations. I spent many happy hours in an air-conditioned 300F convertible back in the day, and its "manners" never betrayed the plumbing under the hood. Too long for big cams an good heads. What would a manifold be with runner length tuned for 7,000? Tunnel ram - the runners just extend vertically. The Weiand 6-Pack offers some ideas, see my comments here: http://victorylibrary.com/mopar/weiand.htm
