If they're for wall decoration or a static engine display...fine idea!, otherwise no, (powder coating is nothing more than plastic) ceramic coating yes, if your looking for a ceramic protective stock appearing finish contact Jet Hot Coatings in Canada

The original is stateside JET HOT LINKY
It is the only coating other than VHT that I have found to withstand engine Dyno's beer
