He didn't really advise against power brakes. I was already planning on manual steering and manual brakes on the Valiant because, you know ..... race car. When I told him that he was like. "Oh yeah, they work GREAT with a manual brakes.". I guess I could call him but he's so busy and I have time so I thought I would ask here. Now, for the Duster I was thinking a 1-1/32" bore MC and a Wilwood (or something) prop valve. It's a street car and I'm not concerned about the things I am with the race car.
I have hydroboost from a company called HydraTech in my 70 'cuda. They are awesome. You can stop on a dime and get a nickel and two pennies change. The kit was great because I didn't have to do any leg work.
