A friend has a purple 70 Hemi 'Cuda. It was not numbers matching when he got it. While watching eBay, his original block popped up and he was able to buy it back.

We were talking VIN stampings, and his looks a bit odd. Anyone ever see one like this with the "WT" by the vin?

It hard to tell with a 2 d picture but the pad looks milled to me. The fonts look wrong to me.

I thought W or WT should be on the top pad, not the rail pad; I haven't seen it in that location before.
That pad appears to have been milled twice.

That is how I would expect it to be .

The tell is does the car in question still have it's original transmission , if it does what does the VIN stamping on it look like ?

I have not seen a block like this either, but my knowledge is limited. Best to ask questions.
