Also...isn't the correct format 0B 194xxx no B0 194xxx ? That is how I would expect it to be . The tell is does the car in question still have it's original transmission , if it does what does the VIN stamping on it look like ?

I thought W or WT should be on the top pad, not the rail pad; I haven't seen it in that location before. That pad appears to have been milled twice.
I have a 69 440 HP block that is stamped W T , it's on the top ID pad.
running up my post count some more .
