I’m looking for some correct interior paint for my 68 charger console. The interior is GG1 dark green and I’m trying to find the proper paint with the correct Sheen. Can Anybody help me find this???

The actual interior codes are different from the GG1 interior callout, which is a general description of the color scheme.

In the old PPG #s, the interior greens are:
Velvet Green 43137 (lower gloss)
Catawba Green 43695 (gloss)
Catawba Green 43721 (suede)

Old DuPont #s:
Velvet 9075LH (low gloss)
Catawba 4883L (gloss)
Catawba 9507LH (suede)

Velvet Green should be the color you need; the gloss level when they were new was slightly glossier than satin, but not like exterior paint gloss.
Suede is the textured dash/column rougher finish.

Is Herb's Parts still around? They had/have a line of interior paint that's pretty nice. I know they have a lot of different colors available. I used their pearl white with good results.

Herb's and OER (Classic Ind) are both good sources.
