Now that I’m used to driving the truck my first attempt at wot
Showed me horrible wheel hop

The 383 magnum really comes on strong enough that it’s plain
Horrible

I need to fix this issue asap. I’m thinking of adding clamps to the fron halves
Kinda the way I was taught how to help in this situation years ago
But this one’s bad enough I dunno

Any one have any idea on what I should start off doing? Measure pinion angle? Ect?

start with clamping the front spring segments. that will help a lot.
you could then try a simple set of slapper bars, provided you could find a set long enough that the snubber hits the front spring eye. i don't know what the spring segment lengths are on a pickup.
better rear shocks would help as well, but then again, i am not familiar enough with trucks to offer suggestions on what to use. you may be topping out on the shock now [shock too short] causing the wheel hop.
just things off the top of my head from afar.
maybe others can chime in with ideas.
in the meantime, here's a bump.

New springs. Everything else is a band-aid fix.
** I went back through your other thread. Show us how your truck was lowered, maybe there's something there. twocents

I agree. Was your trucks rear lowered with an axle flip or with extended shackles and raised mount?

The rear was lowered via axle flip

Added three clamps on each forward half of the springs and some Lakewood reaction bars
Seems to have worked

Exactly what I did on my 92 D150 .. clamped the front spring sections , added a set of swap meet traction bars ( Lakewood I believe ) and a pair of B body Rancho adjustable shocks .. works great !
