There are sometimes that cop car wheels are NOT the answer. This is one of them. Factory caps or road wheels and drive it as much as $5 gas will allow.

I have a set of '73 wheel covers that would be perfect for this. I ran these over cop rims back when I had my '71 Newport.........

I wholeheartedly agree. Those wheel covers would look SO much better! The cop wheels and RWL tires just don't belong. The other things I see on these cars too often are chrome air cleaners and valve covers.

I wasn't even thinking about the RWL tires last night when I responded but agree they need to go as well. I always ran black wall on my Newport.
