anyone run the summit trans blanket? 727 with m/p deep steel pan, straps are to short, have to slide blanket halfway back to strap, can get only 1/4" thru buckle, then comes loose


all parts are sold as is, all parts are considered used no warranties or returns
paypal/check/money order, shipping is from zip 02891, buyer pays paypal fees 24% IRS 1099A plus 3% of part price, check/money order preferred

I would look at extending the straps having the new extensions sew on scope work

Chuck Lofgren used to make perfect fitting ones...I have two, and one is still new and I am not selling it. He stopped making them a while back, but I see CRT has them in his catalogue...I would give him a call....ask him how they fit. Anything for a TH400 will be too big I think.

I had the same issue, I just extended my straps as mentioned. The straps don't give protection, they want the explosion to go down. The blanket still will keep debris from coming inside the car. I guess I could have sent it back, but I had no time at the time.
