I can't believe these things are so hard to find. Anyone have a source for them?

Might be easier to bolt in a newer style hanging pedal. Seems to me these were hard to find 30 years ago.

I have one and have been looking at it for awhile. The older style pedal mounts the throttle cable where as the hanging pedal mounts the cable to the firewall. There are differences, not ones that can't be overcome but I still like easy. This has been an experience as it is. For two trucks, 20 years apart that look so similar there are a lot of little differences.

Dang I saw some NOS ones on ebay couple months back. I don't remember price but I just looked and they aren't there now.

Not sure what ball size you need but if you google gas cylinder ball stud you can find many. These would be ball studs for truck cap doors as an example.

3820919 was the original part number. I would find a 3/8 or 10mm ball bearing and make one.
