Hello

Found this clamp in a stash of parts from my Dad, p/n 870469. I think it may be from his LRE restoration, not sure. Cant seem to find any info on it online. Description says clamp, maybe some sort of cooling system, hose clamp? Probably should have opened bag, sorry.

He restored the LRE in the late 90s and ordered a slew of parts from the dealer, when they still had parts. Its just in a newer bag from the NY warehouse. Got to keep searching. Now that I think about it, he probably had a spreadsheet with everything on it, knowing how organized he was.

Someone must of ordered the wrong part number when he ordered that stuff. It looks like it is a upper or lower hose clamp for late 30`s and 40`s

The earliest book that I have with that part number in it is the 1948-1956 Power Wagon Factory parts book and it is listed about 6 times in that book. The latest book is 1983 where it has just one listing.

Thanks. I guess that's why it wasn't used by the end of the restoration. Very odd clamp.
