Hi All,

Is it common for in-line fuel gauges mounted in the engine cpt. to read lower when the engine is at OT? I ask because my Mr. Gasket FP gauge reads a strong 6.5 at startup, but then drops to ~2-4 once the engine warms up. The path is

tank>canister filter> Carter P4600HP>in-line filter>Holley press reg>gauge>carb

Thanks!

Extremely common that a liquid filled gauge changes reading with temperature. Often low or nothing at normal under hood temps.
