Lay them underneath and come up from the bottom.

Excellent. Appreciate the pics of the dizzy lacing. Way cleaner than what I have now. My wires have two straight boots that are in the mix, so I have to figure that out.

Also, with the engine not in the car yet, I had concern about how tight I had to keep the wire to the engine. The wires to shock tower pics help a ton.

I zip tie them together and run them down below the headers

if the engine is out and on the stand i put the headers on and fab wires with looms/brackets in place. easier than in-car fab job. i don't buy pre-made wires; i make them.

The routing depends on the header design, as much as anything. These are TTI 2", FWIW.

Even though L&R side are mirror image, I run them differently on the passenger side because of the distributor location and less access to get to #2 & #4 from over the top.

i use factory brackets when possible. a little tight for 8.5mm wire but ok for 8mm. i use a little silicone spray to pop the 8.5's in the brackets. i also use the old mopar performance black plastic separators but be careful with them on 8.5mm wire. i don't like msd plug boots but their connectors are ok. i use mostly taylor connectors and plug/distributor boots.

Surprised to see this one. Years ago the ignition industry was saying not to let wires touch and if you did to make it at a 90 degree angle to reduce chances of a cross fire. Especially 5 and 7.

I want my fair share

Mine are MSD separators, which fit the MSD 8.5 mm wires "just right". Not sure if they'd be loose on an 8 mm, though...

Wonder if some Plasti-Dip on 8.5 mm separators would work well for 8 mm wires ?

I make mine out of zip ties. One tie wrapped loosely around all 4 wires. Then a small tie compresses the large looped tie in between each wire. Zoom in on the pic of my wires in the earlier post.
