at my local tire shop I used a 185/80/13 Dayton radial tire on my 68Dart that came stock with the 13" wheels. should be able to find a 13" metric car tire without a special order tire
what a lot of the lowrider 64 chebbys use with the 13" Dayton wire wheels and hydro pumps & dumps. got them cheap 80$ a tire.
when I went to 5 on 4.5 axles with 11x2.5 rear drums & R-body 11 front disc rotors with the 15" cop wheels i used a 195/60/15 tire. was same height as the 13" 185/80/13
I also have them order up VW tires for my weld drag skinnys 3.5x15 rim 165/15 radial called a VW tire or V-Dub tire.

Go with the Maxxis MA1. I got for my 69 Dart 6 cyl with 13" tires. They are very close to the original overall diameter and speedo is right on and are whitewall like original. It was sad that could not find any Made in USA 13" tires in right size (only low profile) and these are from Indonesia I think. But they did balance very well and appear to be decent tires. They are a 80 sidewall, so they do have a good amount of tire roll on turns. If you want performance, then go with a low profile tire. Should be able to find BFG TA in 13"
