I’ m thinking of selling one of my spare tuff wheels since I have 6 of them. Three well worn for drivers, three pristine ones sitting in my closet for the last 25 years. Figured since I only have two cars that will take it and I’m going to modify a core for racing and swap out between shows, then I don’t a third one. I’m thinking I could sell it. What does a black, no damage, no cracks, firm foam no cap steering wheel sell for?

Id think it may be worth more if you kept it as a spare to your other good ones. Since its 2022 vs 1990 age is still a big factor when you put those into use. With as nice low cost as the repops are id think youd get $100 for yours and if thats the case id keep it.

Why not post a pics of this pristine example, you might sell it quicker and for more.

Where were you when I posted on all the "parts wanted" forums a while back, looking for a nice original Tuff wheel to buy? Guess you obviously didn't want to part with your collection at that time.
No matter, I found a perfect complete repro from Dale's Cuda Shop, for a really good price.

Yeah, I don’t scan the swap parts section much, and it wasn’t until recently that I was considering on selling one. Repro wheels are nice, but I’m not used to the material on those, feels weird on my hands when I’ve been using tuff wheels since the 90’s. I am considering buying one and having it covered in vinyl or leather. Making it thicker will be a better fit for my big hands.

Update. Going to have to cancel post a pic or selling it. Just remembered I cleared out the house a few months ago and have the tuff wheels in one of 40 boxes. Yeah, not motivated to o through all that stuff at the moment. laugh2
