Looking to get for a friend some large bolt pattern axles for an 8.75 rearend that is stock a-body housing. Any places that sell an affordable replacement? It’s a street car, so does not need ones for high horsepower. He does not have any axles so we suggested big bolt for better wheel options.

You will need new brakes as well. They will not work with the A body brakes.

Agreed, dr diff. I ordered for my uncle a set of a body axles with the factory a body brakes from him. Worked great, good guy to deal with too. Bonus...

I have used Cass products before and they are top notch stuff. I was thinking someone out there has a better price. Just checking on prices are the axles are not for me and figured shipping could be offset alittle if the axles are a few bucks less. I need a pair myself, but will need high strength ones when the time comes.

You get what you pay for, Dr. Diff or nothing for me...

If you can find a set of C-body axles that don't taper down right at the length you need, you can have them shortened and re-splined. Not sure what this would cost.

i would cost more than the new axles. Did tat back before people could order axles.
