In need of a camshaft for a 360 LA engine. Looking for a mechanical flat tappet in the .570-.600ish lift range. Any idea who may be the best bet to have something like that in stock or could get it fairly quickly? Most of the places I looked online says out of stock or Est ship dates in Jun/Jul or even later. I know it's the time we live in now, but was hoping to find something a little quicker. Try Howard’s. They make one I am using 565 lift, 260/264@ 50 on a 106. Ran real good in my 360. 118-119 at 3320, 10 to 1 compression It’s 602 lift with 1.6’s

For whatever reason....... cam core availability for the SBM has been pretty poor for quite a while.
Both for rollers and flat tappet.
Just call around to the various cam grinders who would have a profile you’re interested in, and see if they have a core on hand.
