I just had a cam reground by Oregon Cam Grinders. Ground it the 235 hp, 273 specs. It is a hydraulic cam. I believe he has cores but you’ll have to give him a call.
You can also give Gary a call, Quality Engineered Components. Good guy, very knowledgeable. He’s out of Bend, OR. 541-388-9214.

The one thing I noticed on that cam after I tried to post the link is that the cam card shows valve lash settings which to me indicates that it will take solid lifters and adjustable rockers/adjustable push rods. That may or may not be an issue.

The one thing I noticed on that cam after I tried to post the link is that the cam card shows valve lash settings which to me indicates that it will take solid lifters and adjustable rockers/adjustable push rods. That may or may not be an issue. May be an issue money wise. Given the 241 has non adjustable valvetrain he has two routes to go. First, he can go with adjustable pushrods. Through my short experience with these motors they are a PIA to adjust. My 330 runs a hydraulic with those pushrods. Second choice would be to go with an adjustable valvetrain. It’s a little expensive. There’s a shop in Redding CA that does it.

“………First, he can go with adjustable pushrods. Through my short experience with these motors they are a PIA to adjust……”
I hear you I just got the heads on my motor. Next step is to adjust the pushrods. Not looking forward to it, but at least the engine is on the stand. It’s a X2 PIA to adjust them in the car. At least with hydraulics you should only have to do it once. A solid lifter cam that chore becomes a once in a while job.

is there enough factory valve cover clearance to run adjustable rockers ? i'm thinking of the dimples in the valve covers the solid cam 354[?] had in the chrysler 300's. [ ] Yes, the rocker adjustment screws are machined to clear.
