I have very little clearance and I went with a Delta Pag 18" 4000CFM last year. It comes with a controller to adjust the speed and temp on and off settings. I have it set at half speed then full speed at a certain temp. On drag week this year we took two hours to go 17ish miles. Every temp creeped the whole time but never got over 205, trans was almost 200, and fuel was like 140! I am probably glad I don't have an oil temp gauge. It is also brushless and soft start, I want to say this one draws 26 amps at full speed.

From pump to radiator , I have 1-1/2 inch , I can use double 8 inch ones that are 2400 CFM .. Or suppose I could use a pusher too ?

Since am spending your money here why don't you move to a remote mounted pump and use one fan. Its only money haha.
The controller they have will control two fans, so that helps with the cost of buying two. I am sure if you could make a shroud that cleared the pump two of those fans would be more than adequate.

I use a single 17” 2-speed Derale fan and shroud combo that fits my Summit radiator like a glove. I have it set up on a temp switch to come on at 165 and shut off at 150. Fan runs on the high speed when the engine (and alternator) is running, and the low speed when the ignition is off for the lower amp draw. The “key off” circuit also includes the water pump.
My car sees regular race duty and a few cruise miles in the summer, which means idling in traffic in warm to hot temps. I’ve never seen it over 200 since going to this setup.
